What is Touchless Renting?
Social distancing and reducing touchpoints have been effective methods in slowing the spread of COVID-19. As a result, Hollyburn has quickly modified our renting process to limit person-to-person contact and maintain a healthy, safe environment for all. Now, you can tour, apply, and rent an apartment all online!
Home is about security. Finding your dream apartment is an emotional process in the best of times, that’s why we’re committed to keeping it simple, easy, and safe – so you can focus on what matters most to you.

Apartment Tours:
We have options for you. Seeing the place you’re going to call home is key in decision making. To keep this process safe, we’ve implemented three apartment viewing options:
- Virtual Tours – Virtual, 360 interactive tours are available for those looking for an apartment for rent, so you can conveniently imagine yourself in the space from wherever you are.
- FaceTime/WhatsApp Tours – Our dedicated teams will happily accommodate FaceTime or WhatsApp tours where possible.
- Self-Guided Vacant Suite Tours – Although we encourage virtual tours, we recognize that choosing your new home is a big decision. We have developed a self-guided tour procedure for vacant apartments, so those who prefer to view the suite in-person can do so safely. In these cases, precautions have been made to accommodate proper social distancing. Immediately after each showing, our teams thoroughly disinfect the units wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
Application Process:
To keep this process hands-free, the application is provided on a fillable document via email.

Online Leasing:
Once your application has been approved, which usually takes about 1-2 business days, you will be sent an online lease, similar to the format of the digital application.
This usually takes about 45-minutes to complete, as we advise that you thoroughly read the lease to understand the terms prior to signing. Should you have any questions, our teams are available to walk you through the process over the phone.
Move-In Procedure:
Under the circumstances, our move-in process has changed to limit person-to-person contact and allow social distancing. Upon lease signing, the Resident Manager will explain this new process.
Remember: You will have to book the elevator prior to your move-in and ensure your movers (if you are using them) follow proper COVID-19 protocols to maintain the health and safety of the building.
